    I flew in for a 3 week business trip and rented a car from them and they ended up charging me $3000 total. They told me over the phone that I COULD drop the car off in Deer Lake at no charge but they ended up charging me a ton extra for it after they verified over the phone it was at no charge. I brought the car back full and they also charged me for fuel. They neglected to mention their "extra charges" that are in the agreement you sign in the very fine print at 05 point font size. I truly and wholeheartedly believe anyone considering using Budget in Stephenville is making a mistake. All my colleagues who fly in for business are not sticking with Enterprise from this terrible experience.
