  I know someone who did have experience with Century 21 Island Realty...She is the wife of a man who is currently having an illicit affair with Janice Jesso...Janice is a Realtor who lives in Stephenville and represents Century 21. Janice recently sent a slew of sexually explicit photographs featuring her and her married lover...she sent them to his wife...a woman whom Janice has never met nor spoken with. This poor woman had no idea that her husband was keeping Janice on the side. On her home page, Janice boasts of being a family woman. Wow! She just tore an entire family apart in one fell swoop without an ounce of compassion for the wife and children of the man she is having an affair with. Century 21 takes pride in being about family and one would expect their agents do as well. If I were looking to purchase a home in this area, I would not trust a realtor who is that unhinged in her personal life. She can be vicious even when unprovoked.
